Below you can find interventions into my book - Râsu'-plânsu' (Laughing through tears) made by Răzvan Neagoe.

Răzvan Neagoe is a Romanian multidisciplinary artist and member of the Union of Visual Artists of Romania. His practice spans photography, painting, collage, installation, performance, land art, and new media, often exploring social, architectural, and heritage-related themes.

A founding member of the ECCO group in the early 2000s, he has collaborated with Alina Tudor as part of the focAR group since 2006, developing numerous large-scale public art projects, including I LOVE BUCHAREST, Urban RED SPOT, and stART Dâmbovița. Between 2019 and 2022, he was a member of the STUP artistic community, and since 2024 he has collaborated with Ars Monitor Gallery.

Since 2020, Neagoe has undertaken annual self-directed art residencies inspired by themes of freedom, displacement, and reconnection with rural environments. In 2022, he initiated OVERLAYS, a collaborative photographic project based on double exposure, bringing together photographers to create layered visual dialogues and new interpretations through shared authorship.
